CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin: The GH Stack
CJC-1295 is a GHRH analogue, a peptide that mimics growth hormone-releasing hormone and signals the pituitary to produce more GH. It has a longer half-life than natural GHRH, which means more sustained stimulation over time.
Ipamorelin is a GHRP, a growth hormone-releasing peptide. It works through a different receptor pathway than CJC-1295, producing a separate pulse of GH release. It is considered one of the cleanest GH secretagogues available because it stimulates GH production with minimal effect on other hormones like cortisol or prolactin.
Used together, CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin produce a synergistic effect. They stimulate GH through two different mechanisms simultaneously, resulting in a stronger, more sustained increase in natural GH output than either peptide produces alone.
Patients on this protocol commonly report improvements in sleep quality, often within the first two to three weeks. Over time, improvements in body composition, recovery from exercise, energy, and skin quality typically follow.
